within the meaning of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016
on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter “the Regulation”)

2. What personal information does BeerPass s.r.o. and how it gets them
BeerPass s.r.o. processes your personal information:
– title, name and surname, eventually company and entry in the Commercial Register
– seat – street and house number, city, zip code

– title, name and surname of the natural person – representative of the Partner who is a legal entity
We collect personal data from you when you conclude a Partner Agreement. We receive the e-mail address from you within the framework of your consent to the processing of personal data.
The provision of personal data is a requirement that must be included in the Partner Agreement and a requirement for the conclusion and performance of this Agreement. You are obliged to provide such personal data to us, otherwise it would not be possible to conclude the contract and fulfill mutual rights and obligations under this contract.
3. The purposes of the processing for which the personal data are intended and the legal basis for processing
Your Personal Information BeerPass s.r.o. processes for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling the Partnership Contract. BeerPass s.r.o. to send marketing messages. Upon termination of the Partnership Agreement, BeerPass s.r.o. s.r.o. keeps your personal data for traceability in case of legal claims (trustee’s legitimate interest).
BeerPass s.r.o. it does not intend to process your personal data for purposes other than those specified above.
The legal basis for personal data processing is:
(a) Personal data subject’s consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation)
b) Performance of the Partnership Agreement with BeerPass s.r.o. (Article 6 (1) (b) of the Regulation)
(c) the legitimate interest of the controller – after termination of the Partnership Contract for possible legal claims (Article 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation)
4. Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data – to whom we pass on your personal information:
We do not pass on your personal information to any recipient.
Your personal information may be provided to public authorities (tax authority, courts, law enforcement agencies, etc.) under applicable law
BeerPass s.r.o. it does not transmit your personal data to a third country or international organization.
5. Save your personal data
Your personal data will be stored for the duration of our legal relationship under the concluded Partnership Agreement and after the termination of this contractual relationship for 4 years due to any legal claims.
The e-mail address will be stored for 5 years after the consent has been granted, or until the consent is revoked. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent granted prior to its withdrawal.
6. Your Rights:
You have the right to request access from us to your personal data within the meaning of Article 15 of the Regulation, ie to obtain confirmation from us as to whether personal data relating to you are processed or not and, if so, you have the right to access such personal information. data and other information about their processing.
You have the right to have your personal data corrected pursuant to Article 16 of the Regulation, ie the right to correct your inaccurate personal data or to complete your incomplete personal data.
You have the right to delete your personal data within the meaning of Article 17 of the Regulation, ie to have your personal data deleted if (a) personal data is no longer needed; (b) you have withdrawn consent to the processing of personal data; you have objected to their processing; (d) personal data have been processed unlawfully; (e) personal data must be erased by law
You have the right to a limitation of processing within the meaning of Article 18 of the Regulation, ie the right to limit the processing of your personal data if (a) you deny their accuracy; (b) the processing is illegal and instead of deleting personal data you request a restriction on the use thereof; (c) we no longer need personal data for processing purposes, but you require them to determine, execute or defend legal claims; (d) you object to the processing of your personal data.
BeerPass s.r.o. notifies individual recipients of personal data of any corrections or deletions or restrictions on the processing of your personal data carried out in accordance with Articles 16, 17 (1) and 18 of the Regulation.
You have the right to the portability of your personal data within the meaning of Article 20 of the Regulation, ie the right to obtain your personal data you have provided to us and the right to pass this information on to another administrator or to another. the right for personal data to be transmitted directly by one controller to another, if (a) the processing is based on your consent or on a contract to which you are a party; (b) processing is carried out automatically. The right to portability must not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
You have the right to raise objections within the meaning of Article 21 of the Regulation, ie the right to object to the processing of your personal data on the basis of: (a) the processing necessary for the performance of a task performed in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority; (b) processing necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller; (c) processing for direct marketing purposes. If you object to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for that purpose.
You have the right not to be subject to any decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling within the meaning of Article 22 of the Regulation. BeerPass s.r.o. notes that there is no automated decision making or profiling when processing your personal data.
If it is probable that a security breach of your personal data will result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, BeerPass s.r.o. You will be notified of such violation within the meaning of Article 34 of the Regulation, and the notification shall also contain information on the measures taken.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the Regulation, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, in the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7.
